The Galina hawk-house offers you real kicks in the centre of Malbun. Forget everyday life and enjoy the shows of our professional falconer and his birds of prey which give it their all.

Experience the excitement when our hawks zoom over your heads at speeds of 100 mph. Shut your eyes and feel the energy and composure of these noble wild animals from close up. Feel the grace and tremendous pride – and the fascination of these noble animals will also inspire you. You cannot come any closer to an eagle, falcon, hawk or owl than at this show.  The majestic birds and fast hawks rise to the skies to fly at high speed just above the heads of the visitors and to land on the falconer's hand.

This is Switzerland's second hawk-house and can be visited throughout the summer. If there is more interest you can also go on a hike with an eagle or hawk - and you can catch them yourself. We provide you with the equipment, an introduction into falconry and a professionally trained hawk. It will then join you on your 1.5-hr guided hike. Enjoy the mountain environment and your close encounter with a hawk which will keep landing on your arm and soon take off again to circle above you.

You will be taken to the end of the Malbun valley where a real snack will be waiting for you. We will offer you insight into the special art of traditional falconry and show you the remarkable capabilities of these unique hunters – whether at our spectacular flight shows or on private free-flying event hikes in beautiful Malbun.

The hawk-house is open from the middle of May to the middle of October and the flight shows always take place at 3pm.
